Xiaomi Redmi 4A Series to be Launched in India on March 2017

The Xiaomi Redmi 4A was launched in China on November 11, 2016 for approximately Rs 5,000 in gold and rose gold variants. The device may be launching in India on March 20, if we have interpreted the invitation correctly.

An invitation sent to the press seems to indicate that a new phone for India is going to be the Redmi 4A, because the letter A in the word "smarter" has been stylized to read both the number 4 and the letter A.

Xiaomi Redmi 4A Specifications:

The redmi 4A has a 5-inch IPS display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The device is supplied with Marshmallow Android operating system and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset with Cortex-A53 CPU Quad-core 1.4 GHz and Adreno GPU 308. There is a memory card of 2 GB RAM And 16 GB of built-in memory with a memory card slot to extend the capacity. The main camera images at a resolution of 13MP, and there is a 5 MP selfie shooter on the front. The non-removable battery has a capacity of 3.120 mAh, and the device has support for dual SIM cards.

The device looks promising on paper and should sell like hot cakes if it has a fair price. Xiaomi is known for selling phones filled with high specifications at disposable rates, and are one of the most popular companies in the country.

Manu Jain, vice president of Xiaomi and chief executive of Xiaomi India, has indicated on Twitter that there will be an additional announcement on March 20. The tweet confirms that a new device will be launched, and the additional announcement does not seem to be another device, but an important milestone in the history of Xiaomi in India. The tweet was received with
emotion,congratulations and belief.

There they launched variants of the Redmi 4 series in China. These were the Redmi 4, the Redmi 4A and the Redmi 4 Prime. It is unclear whether Redmi 4 and Redmi 4 Prime will be making their way to India yet. The devices should not be confused with the Redmi Note 4 series, which has the Redmi Note 4 and the Redmi Note 4X. The main difference of the Redmi 4A Redmi 4A is the 2.5 D crystal on the front, an octa-core Snapdragon 430 SoC and a fingerprint scanner on the back.

There is a 4,100 mAh battery in the Redmi 4, compared to the 3.120 mAh battery in the Redmi 4A. All other specifications are the same as the Redmi 4A. The Redmi 4 is available in silver, gold and dark gray. The Redmi 4A is the cheapest of the three models in the Redmi 4 series. The Redmi 4 itself has a price of CNY 699 (around Rs 7,000) in China. The Redmi 4 Prime is even more expensive and has a price of CNY 899 (around Rs 9,000).

The Redmi 4 Prime has a Snapdragon 625 (2.0GHz octa-core) SoC and a resolution of 1080p on the five-inch screen. All other specs including the camera and battery are identical to those of the Redmi 4. However, the Redmi 4 Prime has an additional LED flash for the main camera on the back of the device. The Redmi 4 Prime is also available in gold, silver and dark gray, as is the Redmi 4.

Samsung Galaxy A7 2017: That's how it compares to the competition

Samsung Mobile India on March 6 introduced its new line of A series smartphones. The new smartphones introduce new additions in terms of features that come from Samsung's range of premium smartphones. These would include two particular hardware features, a screen always on screen and an IP 68 dust and water resistance rating.

While the budget segment in India seems overpopulated with Chinese smartphones, it is the mid-range segment that the Chinese are now after. With that said, Samsung had long established itself as the king of all segments, but with more and more Chinese smartphones entering the Indian market, we have begun to witness a change in consumer preferences once again. Consumers sometimes get better hardware and features in the budget segment of a Xiaomi smartphone than they can from a mid-range HTC device. That's why Samsung seems to have come to its pussy and pulled out a screen always on screen and an IP rating 68. But will they oppose the competition? Let's find out.

Vivo V5 Plus:

Again through the fence comes another fine contender in the form of Vivo V5 Plus, which not only performs better, but also allows you the best possible selfies. I reviewed the Vivo V5 and did it for a large camera smartphone that also delivered a great battery life and all this at a price lower than Samsung Galaxy A7. If selfies are all you want to click, look no further than the V5 Plus. But since the A7 boasts an IP 68 certification, you may want to take a look because the selfies submarines will certainly give you more tastes on Facebook.Vivo V5 Plus Cost :26,849.

Xiaomi Mi 5:

Xiaomi Mi 5 may be old, but it is still a great combination of power, size and price. Your camera may not be the best, but it still packs in decent performance compared to the flagship out there. Then there is the decent size that is not too big and not too small at 5.15 inches either. All-in-all a great all-round priced that way lower than what Samsung A7 and A5 offer, but with much more horsepower.Xiaomi M5 Cost:22,999.

One Plus 3T:

In fact, there is no other smart phone brand that comes to mind when comparing mid-range and premium smartphones. This is because OnePlus has fixed the price of its new and upgraded OnePlus 3T to Rs 34,999 (6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage). Those looking for brute power and good camera performance can easily bypass the Samsung A7, and buy a OnePlus 3T instead.

Samsung C9 Pro :

When you are in the business of making too many smart phones through segments you end up with multiple listings on items like these that will make your product look rather confusing. Yes, there is also the C9 Pro more worthy of the packages in all under the sun, better hardware and curiously comes from the same manufacturer who is throwing you something much worse. The C9 Pro is much better compared to the A7 and has a price of only Rs 4,000 higher. It has the largest screen, best build quality, a larger battery, the same camera that will make you wonder why Samsung introduced the A7 to get started. But its does not have the A7 Always on screen and IP 68 which kind of turns the tables upside down.Samsung C9 Pro Cost is 36,900.
